- Structure: Triple Net (NNN) / Fee Simple Interest.
- Sourcing: Off-market properties preferred.
3. Location & Physical Specs
- Markets: Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, or Emerging.
- Region: USA (Nationwide).
- Location Type: Urban Infill locations.
- Lot Size: Parcels exceeding 1 acre.
